DESCRIPTION:The World ITF Taekwon-Do Council are proud to present the \n2026 Professor Chang Ung Cup \nInternational Open Taekwon-Do Championship \nDATE: Sunday 18th October 2026 \nVENUE: Ravenscraig sports centre: 1 O’Donnell Way\, Wishaw\, Motherwell ML1 2TZ \nYellow Belt to Blue Tags Registration 9.00-9.45am Competition 10am-12pm \nBlue Belt to Black Tags Registration 12.00-12.45pm Competition 1.00-3.30pm \nBlack Belts Registration 3.00-3.45pm Competition 4.00-7.00pm \n\nThis competition is an International Open Championship\, sponsored by the World ITF Taekwon-Do Council. It is \nopen to all Junior’s (5-17 Yrs)\, Adults (18-34 Yrs) and Veterans (35 Yrs+) who hold the rank of 8th Kup (Yellow Belt) \nand above. Competitors will be placed in divisions dependent on height\, weight\, and rank. There will be three \ncategories for competitors to enter – Patterns\, Sparring\, and Special Technique (Flying High Kick). The organisers \nreserve the right to amend divisions in the best interests of Fair Play and the smooth running of the competition. \nAccess to the competition hall will be from 9.00am. There will be café facilities available. An equipment stall \nselling sparring equipment\, clothing\, & various training aids\, will be open from 9.30am-4.30pm. Please note that \nduring the competition photography and video footage may be recorded for promotional purposes. \nCompetitor Entry Fee – £55 (No free entry for UKTC Master Club members) \nFree Entry for Spectators accompanying a Competitor \nAll fees should be paid in Cash at Registration on the day at the Competition
